Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This position will oversee the daily operations of our plant, including production, quality control, safety, and workforce management. The ideal candidate need be fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, as they will coordinate closely with our international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of plant operations including production planning, staffing, scheduling, safety, and performance optimization.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production and support teams to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure timely material flow and production support.
• Establish and implement standard operating procedures to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in new facility setup, including layout planning, equipment procurement, and process establishment.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Chinese-speaking suppliers and the local team.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, including workplace safety and labor standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plant management, manufacturing, or production leadership roles.
• Experience in light manufacturing or assembly (home furnishings, textiles, window coverings, etc.) is preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
