Job Description -
-The Personnel Coordinator supports Human Resource processes within the office and fosters positive employee relations. This role involves record-keeping, candidate tracking, and data entry. Key responsibilities include verifying I-9 documentation, administering background checks, benefits, assistance with employee terminations, performance reviews, and recruitment. Additionally, the Personnel Coordinator ensures compliance within Company policies, Federal and State regulations.
Schedule -
-Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm
Compensation -
-Starts at $17.00/hr (varies based on experience)
Responsibilities -
-Conducting background checks, verifying references, and interviewing candidates, as well as assisting with recruiting efforts and screening applicants
-Builds strong relationships with Direct Care Workers and consumers, prioritizing excellent customer service
-Manages data entry, coordinates orientations, and organizes applicant tracking. -Assembles and audits personnel files, ensuring all HR requirements are met year-round
