Part Time House Manager/Nanny for Three Boys

A busy, loving family in Amherst, NY, is seeking a tech-savvy, organized, and reliable full-time House Manager/Nanny to care for their three boys (ages 15, 13, 10). The ideal candidate is a proactive multi-tasker who enjoys working with school-age children and thrives in a dynamic household. This role requires someone comfortable managing household tasks during the day and transitioning to childcare responsibilities in the afternoon. The family relies on apps and digital tools for calendars, communication, and homework coordination, so being tech-savvy is essential. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $28-$33 
• Paid on the books
• $62,400-$68,640 annually
• Benefits include: 2 weeks paid vacation. 3-5 sick/personal days. Major federal holidays off.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Start times and end times may vary with 2 weeks in advance
• Start times 12pm- 3pm
• End times 6pm-8pm
• Some mornings with advance notice.
• Guaranteed 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and fold laundry.
• Light cleaning and tidying. No deep cleaning!
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• School pick-up and transportation to activities.
• Supervise and assist with homework.
• Organize and maintain household systems.
• Communicate effectively with parents to ensure a smooth household flow.

Requirements:

• Tech-savvy, with experience managing schedules and online tools (e.g. Google Docs or apps).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable with pets
• Flexibility to adapt to occasional travel or schedule changes.
• Covid-19 vaccination required.
• Long-term commitment desired.
• Provide 3-5 professional references
• Must have US work authorization
