Your impact

• Own the setup, operation, and upkeep of KBA 105/106 six- and seven-color 40-inch sheetfed presses.
• Continuously monitor print quality and registration, making adjustments as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly to keep production flowing and waste low.
• Coordinate with production teammates to hit schedules and quality targets.
• Maintain a tidy, well-organized work environment and follow safety protocols.

Schedule & location

• Minneapolis, MN 55428
• 2nd shift, four 10-hour days
• Mon–Thu, 2 PM–12 AM

Must-haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical print training is beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience operating lithographic presses or similar equipment.
• Deep understanding of offset printing processes and press mechanics.
• Detail orientation and strong problem-solving capability.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Clear communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work overtime as production requires.
