Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic professional to help shape a collaborative, high-performing workplace in our new waterfront office. This role blends office management, employee experience, events, and executive support, making a direct impact on how our people work, connect, and thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, vendors, and facilities.
  • Lead internal events (town halls, team-building, leadership meetings).
  • Drive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.
  • Partner with leadership to foster engagement and culture.
  • Provide executive support to regional leadership and CEO.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in office management, HR/people operations, or employee experience.
  • Strong project management skills and event coordination experience.
  • Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
