Office Administrator / Office Manager - $55,000 to $65,000
Unique opportunity to join a growing family owned business in Elizabethtown, Lancaster County.
This role will support 4 key business leaders within the company (including the two owners) by providing administrative and analytical support. This is a unique and highly visible role that will provide administrative support and office management.
While the company is medium-sized with 150 employees - the office environment is VERY unique with only 3-5 professionals in their office at any given time. As a result - our client seeks a candidate with a true entrepreneurial spirit who will - at times - be working pretty independently. This role will be heavily involved with business leaders both inside and outside the company and will require a candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills and good systems (PC) skills. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast paced, shifting priority environment.
