JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to oversee, enhance, and support our growing NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This cross-functional role will work closely with teams across manufacturing operations, field service, finance, and supply chain to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in NetSuite ERP, hands-on experience with the Manufacturing and Field Service Management modules, and a deep understanding of operational workflows and systems integration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

NetSuite ERP Responsibilities (primary focus)

• Serve as the primary administrator of the NetSuite environment, including configuration, customization, workflow development, and system optimization. 
• Maintain system integrity and security, ensure data consistency, and implement best practices for NetSuite governance and change control.
• Manage system configuration, including integrations and SuiteApps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for users across departments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, Etc.) to implement enhancements and continuous process improvements.
• Work with NetSuite support and third-party consultants as needed.
• Assist with data imports, migrations, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Document system processes, procedures, and customizations.
• Monitor system upgrades and new NetSuite releases to assess business impact and ensure compatibility.
• Participate in ERP strategy development, new module implementations, and post-implementation support.

IT Oversight Responsibilities (secondary focus)

• Ensures smooth operation of IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in coordination with outsourced IT service provider.
• Work to streamline overall IT strategy and reduce costs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification or SuiteFoundation Certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modules and financial flow within NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, inventory, and service delivery.
• Experience with SuiteScript, Field Service Management, and manufacturing related modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Location : (Remote – Preferred Florida)

Job Type : Full-time

Salary Range: $95,000 – $110,000 per year
