Noble Mentors is a team of professional mentors who support teens and young adults in building lives of independence, purpose, and integrity. We work alongside therapists, parents, and other care providers to create a consistent, real-world structure of support. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced mentor or coach trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to work with a client in Superior, CO who is in treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). The client already has a therapist and other members of a support team — this mentor’s role is to help bridge the gap between therapy and daily life.
The ERP Mentor will guide the client in applying ERP principles in real-world situations, supporting exposures, reinforcing progress, and helping the client build confidence and autonomy outside of session work. This position requires warmth, patience, and skill in balancing challenge with compassion.
