Role Description

We are hiring for multiple positions: full-time, part-time, evenings etc. The Medical Office Receptionist will manage day-to-day front desk operations, including phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, and insurance verification. The role requires effective communication with patients and team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Experience in Appointment Scheduling within a medical office setting
  • Knowledge of Medical Office operations and Insurance Verification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus
  • Knowledge of Epic is a huge plus and will factor into pay rate
