Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manufacturing machinery, a keen eye for quality, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Machine Operator

Contract: 12 months (extension and perm possibility)

Shift: 10PM - 6AM; (Monday evening through Saturday morning)

Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery to meet quality and productivity targets
• Monitor equipment and materials for issues, resolve operational problems
• Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform quality checks, enter production data accurately
• Assist team members in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Train and qualify on all Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
• Perform manual tasks involving lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, climbing, and extended standing
• Work in varying conditions including hot, cold, dusty, or noisy environments

Qualification:

• 2–5 years of machine operation or relevant manufacturing experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to work overnight shift and be available for mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays
• OSHA Respirator Exam and Mobile Equipment Operator Exam (completed through Concentra)
• Regular and dependable attendance
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
