Logistics Coordinator

On-site | Fontana, CA

Pay Range: $22 to $26.44 per hour

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Fontana operations team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth order processing, shipment coordination, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouse and carrier teams
• Process purchase orders and issue POs to vendors
• Manage inventory and perform data entry in logistics systems
• Handle damaged goods in collaboration with the Quality team
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via phone and email
• Support intercompany transactions and regulatory documentation
• Assist with billing and freight claims
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Experience with global import/export logistics and regulatory documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Familiarity with logistics software (e.g., CargoWise, RFID systems)
