Job Description

Our client, a luxury apparel brand that focuses on sustainable pieces, is seeking a dedicated Logistics & Operations Supervisor to join their team in West Los Angeles. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of our logistics and operations within a fast-paced, luxury fashion wholesale and e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations including coordination with international and domestic shipping partners, ensuring timely receipt and customs compliance.
• Manage shipping documentation with complete accuracy, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Maintain and improve inventory control systems; conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure data integrity.
• Supervise the e-commerce fulfillment team, ensuring precise order accuracy and premium packaging standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for wholesale clients regarding order status and delivery coordination.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as shipping timelines, order accuracy, and cost efficiency; implement process improvements accordingly.
• Work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to support seasonal product launches and meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within luxury fashion, premium retail, or high-value goods sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and shipping software; familiarity with Apparel Magic and Shopify is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience training staff and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills capable of maintaining professional relationships with VIP clients and wholesale partners.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
