What You’ll Do:
✅ Draft, proofread, and file legal documents in State and Federal courts
✅ Coordinate depositions, manage calendars, and schedule meetings
✅ Maintain and organize legal files (both electronic and physical)
✅ Make travel arrangements and prepare attorney expense reports
✅ Assist with time entry and billing
✅ Communicate with clients, vendors, and court personnel in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
📚 At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation firm
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); Adobe Acrobat or Juris Suite experience a plus
🗂 Deep understanding of State and Federal court rules and e-filing procedures
📝 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🎯 High attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to prioritize independently
