About the Role: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of litigation experience, with a proven track record of managing cases on their own. Pay range and compensation package: This position provides a competitive compensation range of approximately $180,000.00-$380,000 (depending on experience). There is a lucrative bonus structure for hours billed (by Associates and Counsels) in excess of the minimum. For Partners, total compensation varies depending on working attorney fees and origination fees.
