Leasing Agent
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our residential apartment community team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects alike. As the face of the community, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, driving occupancy, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
Conduct property tours, highlighting community features, amenities, and available units.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins to maximize leasing opportunities.
Prepare and process lease applications, renewals, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date leasing system and ensure all required documentation is completed.
Assist in marketing initiatives such as resident events, social media posts, and outreach efforts to attract new residents.
Provide excellent customer service to current residents, addressing concerns and maintenance requests with professionalism and care.
Support management with daily operations, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata, RealPage, or similar) is a plus.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
This role is non-exempt and has an anticipated pay range from $20-$21 an hour for a new employee depending on a number of relevant factors including individuals’ experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, client/property or company budgetary limitations/guidelines, and other job-related company and market considerations. This position may be eligible to receive discretionary and/or performance-based bonuses on a spot or annual basis, which are variable depending on individual merit/performance, budgetary limitations, company performance, and other job-related factors. This non-exempt role will be eligible for overtime for all hours worked in excess of 40 per week. Full-time positions (30+ hours/week) are eligible for 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 weeks sick and related leave, 11 paid holidays, and health & welfare benefits as outlined on the Company’s website.
