We are currently seeking Full-time and Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our growing community of care—a space that values clinical excellence, peer support, and equity in mental health access.

What You’ll DoAs a member of our clinical team, you will:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support.
• Maintain timely, clinically sound documentation.
• Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, respect, and belonging.

What You’ll Need

• For LCSWs: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field; active CA BBS license.
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A desire to grow within a collaborative, private practice setting.
