We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Housekeeper with laundress experience to maintain their 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom estate and provide simple, healthy meals for breakfast and lunch daily. This is a full-time role that begins at 7:30 AM and requires a candidate with strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and prior experience working in fully staffed households or supporting families with high service standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with the couple’s Executive Assistant, who will serve as their direct report, to ensure the household operates with consistency, warmth, and efficiency.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a housekeeper/laundress in a private home or estate setting
Strong knowledge of high-end fabric care and proper laundering techniques
Comfort in preparing meals with an emphasis on health and simplicity
Highly organized, with an eye for detail and cleanliness
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow direction from the Executive Assistant
Positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Trustworthy, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities:

Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and organization of a 4-bed, 5-bath estate
Manage full laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care for delicate and designer clothing
Monitor linen rotation, closet organization, seasonal wardrobe changes, and stain treatment techniques
Prepare and serve simple, healthy breakfast and lunch meals for the couple each day
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and reset between meals
Work in coordination with the Executive Assistant and other staff members as needed
Assist with ad hoc projects, occasional errands, or household supply inventory as requested
Maintain a respectful, discreet, and service-focused presence in the home

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30PM

Compensation:

$40 – $50 per hour, depending on experience, no benefits at this time

Location:

Los Angeles - Venice, CA (at a private residence)
