Position: Employment Litigation Attorney

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Our client is a premier California-based law firm dedicated to providing top-tier legal services to businesses and individuals. They are seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience in employment defense to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and retaliation claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage case load effectively while meeting billable hour expectations of 1,800 hours annually .

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• 5 years of experience in employment defense litigation.

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $150k-$220k base. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
