Title - Kore.AI / Gen AI SME

Location - Malvern, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• 12–15 years of IT experience, with 3+ years delivering Kore.ai-based solutions in BFSI environments.
• Deep expertise in Kore.ai XO Platform for designing bots across banking, insurance, and wealth workflows.
• Proven ability to integrate Gen AI (OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock) into Kore.ai for enhanced personalization and summarization.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, CRMs, and platforms like Salesforce, Temenos, or FIS
• Hands-on expertise in API integration, webhooks, and event-driven architectures for dynamic data responses.
• Skilled in creating demos, RFP responses, and solution blueprints for executive stakeholders and sales teams.
• Successful track record leading client workshops and mapping business needs to scalable conversational AI architectures.
• Strong communication and consulting skills to influence BFSI clients and drive adoption of AI-driven service models.
