Outpatient Physician Opportunity – Vermont (Family / Internal Medicine)
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a supportive outpatient clinic in Vermont starting Fall 2025 .
Role Highlights:
- Provide outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients
- Manage an average daily patient load of 14
- Participate in 1:11 on-call rotation to support after-hours patient care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered environment
- Complete administrative tasks including charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary: $230,000 + up to $20,000 in quality bonuses

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA license & BLS certification
- Vermont state license (must be obtained prior to start)
- Clean malpractice history
- Available to start by Fall 2025
- Local candidates only (within 1-hour commute)
- Not open to dual employment
