We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Interior Designers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments tailored to their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, goals, and budget constraints.
• Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
• Oversee all phases of design projects, from initial planning and budgeting to implementation and final review.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and other technical drawings using design software.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting design, budgeting, and remodeling processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Enscape Rendering, Rhino, and 3ds Max.
• Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
