Responsibilities

• Client management and staff management for assigned projects
• Material procurement
• Check the takeoffs prepared by a project administrator or estimator.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders prepared by the project administrator/ subcontractor.
• Call customers to schedule service and maintenance appointments.
• Call suppliers and vendors for pricing on materials and parts.
• Review POs and subcontractor agreements prepared by the project administrator
• Involved with all phases of projects from bidding to proposals to punch lists and closeouts
• Must be punctual, dependable, and be able to take initiative and be proactive in client communications for meeting online and in-person
• Embrace change in processes as the company continues to grow
• Work with project administrators to purchase custom material for projects like valves, meters, etc.
• To remain competitive, one must remain vigilant in staying current with market trends, costs, and competition

• Review Submittals, RFI's, Change Orders prepared by project administrator/ sub contractor.

Experience

• Preferably, but not required, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering degree/ certification and/or Construction Management degree/ certification
• Min. 5 years of Mechanical or HVAC project management experience with HVAC projects
• Min. 3 years of experience with HVAC project estimates for competitive bidding
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must hold an active driver’s license with the ability to maintain reliable transportation
