In this role, you’ll lead testing efforts focused on the performance, reliability, and compliance of HVAC and vehicle cooling systems. This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a lab environment and has a strong grasp of thermal systems and data-driven development. You’ll design and execute test plans, analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and continuous improvement.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s OR master’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, withat least 2 years relevant experience in product design or development.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with HVAC systems, vehicle testing, instrumentation setup, and data analysis tools such as MATLAB, Excel, or Python. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of automotive or heavy-duty vehicle systems will set you apart.
