About the Role:

Are you a motivated recruiting professional looking to maximize your income and work with the latest candidate sourcing tech in Healthcare recruiting?

Arcadia FPS is seeking Healthcare Recruiters to join our high-performing team. As a recruiter, you’ll earn 25% commission on every hire you place , with no cap on earnings.

We specialize in placing Department Heads and healthcare professionals in senior care and behavioral/mental health roles nationwide.

Compensation:

• 25% commission per placement
• Base Salary
• No commission cap – earn what you’re worth

What You'll Do:

• Source, engage, and recruit healthcare talent (Department Heads, Clinical Leaders, etc.)
• Conduct phone screens and qualify candidates
• Submit candidates to our internal team and clients
• Follow up and close hires
• Maintain your own recruiting pipeline

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting or staffing required
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
