The studio behind the critically-acclaimed games The Witness and Braid is looking for an experienced Producer to help us coordinate and organize the day-to-day work of our teams.

We are looking for an individual who excels in organization, has exceptional communication abilities, and who is comfortable getting into the weeds of multiple projects. 

Our ideal candidate is:

• Detail-oriented and wants to get into the weeds of day-to-day work
• Able to track multiple projects and side initiatives
• Naturally inclined to push tasks and projects forward 
• Maintains a positive attitude and enjoys collaboration
• Cares deeply about quality and will put in the effort to make sure quality expectations are met
• Outstanding follow-through and follow-up and does not leave loose ends
• Experience in games; deep interest in the kinds of things we build, with an ability to observe and help improve the actual quality of work being done in at least one sub-discipline (art, level design, programming, etc)
• Familiar with and really enjoys our previously released games

Job Duties:

• Optimize and enhance work methods to simply and clearly coordinate teams and working units
• Help coordinate, delegate, and organize the work to be carried out
• Ensure that work being done meets a high quality standard, and isn't just checking off bullet points
• Help meet and follow up on schedules
• Create appropriate infrastructure to track goals and schedules
• Ensure proper bug and feature management (reports, priorities, etc.)
• Report risks and provide information on the potential impacts
• Follow up with directors and managers and keep them informed on the advancement of the work
• Recommend plans of action to handle delays that impact the content, schedule, or quality
• Work with Art, Programming, Sound and Music, Design, and QA to ensure everyone is aligned
• Coordinate with publishers, platform holders and other external parties
