Job Description

Crowley Signs & Graphics Inc. is seeking a skilled  Full-Time Sign Installer and Fabricator to join our team in Houston, TX. The role involves fabricating, assembling, and installing a variety of signage, as well as assisting with production and scheduling tasks in our shop. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in sign installation and fabrication to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Install window, wall, floor, and vehicle films, dimensional letter/logo sets, directional signs, and low-voltage interior lighted letters.
• Construct wood signs on-site.
• Assist in-shop with sign fabrication and scheduling tasks between installations.
• Operate tools and equipment, including saws, vinyl cutters, and other fabrication tools.
• Apply vinyl graphics and wraps to signs, vehicles, and other surfaces.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sign installation and fabrication required (2+ years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean background check and ability to pass a drug test.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of sign materials (e.g., vinyl, wood, acrylic, aluminum).
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reading digital plans (preferred).
• Experience with electrical components for illuminated signs or vehicle wraps is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts.

Compensation & Hours:

• Pay: $24–$30 per hour, based on skill and experience.
• Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
