Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our law firm. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debits and credits, corporate accounting principles, and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Perform account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial data

- Record debits and credits accurately in the general ledger

- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies

- Trust balance biweekly reports to clients

- Trust balance request

- Input time for billable hours

- Biweekly billing

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper

- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices

- Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliation processes

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time management skills
