Position Title : Specialty Experience Designer

Position Location: Hybrid role, 3 days in office.

1. Preferred: Pittsburgh PA
2. Remaining (no particular order): Cleveland OH, Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Balance strategic design thinking with hands-on execution to ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs across multiple product areas.
• Define problems and objectives, create user flows, and prototype interactions.
• Foster strong cross-team relationships by aligning on shared roadmaps and a unified, customer-focused vision; mentor designers by setting clear design objectives, goals, and delivery timelines.
• Develop design frameworks, systems, and components that deliver a consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
• Apply strong UI and UX expertise to enhance and evolve an existing product.
• Ensure continuity between UX prototypes and the final user experience; oversee development alignment and design approvals.
• Contribute to user research through observation, analysis, and insights gathering to understand customer challenges.
• Use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Design strategy
• User mapping

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
