A leading semiconductor construction company is seeking a Field Inspector/Observer to join their team in Phoenix, AZ! This is a permanent, direct-hire role and this individual will be the Field Observer for major construction initiatives primarily in the Phoenix Metro Area.
Day to Day:
This individual will serve as a critical construction administrative team member and oversee the installation and functionality of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems. They will serve as the eyes and ears of the design team on the construction site to make sure that plans are being tested and developed properly. The majority of their day will be spent on the constructions site conducting electrical and mechanical inspections; however, a large part of the role will be documentation, preparing detailed reports on construction progress, and interacting with the firm's project team members from all disciplines.

$72k to $95k annually.
