What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with Clients: Understand fencing requirements and communicate to determine the best materials and designs.
Prepare and Measure Sites: Inspect properties, measure dimensions, and calculate material needs for each project.
Install with Precision: Trim, adjust, and secure fence sections, join and weld materials, and ensure installations are accurate and safe.
Handle Site Preparation: Clear debris, dig holes, and pour concrete to create solid, long-lasting foundations.
Ensure Quality: Examine completed fences to ensure proper installation and durability.
What You Bring to the Team:
Experience in construction, carpentry, or a similar trade.
Knowledge of fencing tools, equipment, and materials.
Strong communication and organization skills to collaborate with clients and teammates.
Physical strength and adaptability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 pounds.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet safety and quality standards.
A high school diploma or GED, along with relevant training or licensing for fence installation.
