Job Description

I'm looking for a hands-on, driven Fabrication Manager to lead daily operations in a dynamic window and door manufacturing shop. You’ll oversee production, uphold quality standards, manage inventory and purchasing, and take ownership of P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fabrication operations, ensuring efficiency and safety
• Maintain and enforce production standards and quality control
• Manage purchasing of window and door components and raw materials
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels to support production needs
• Track and manage departmental P&L, driving cost-effective practices
• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of skilled fabricators
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication or manufacturing, preferably in windows/doors
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-first approach
• Solid understanding of production workflows, inventory systems, and purchasing
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities
