Support a Multi-Brand CEO Leading a High-Growth Childcare Enterprise & AI Consulting Company

Location: Pitt County, NC (Hybrid preferred | Remote options for exceptional candidates)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (6–7 hours/day)

Employment Type: Part-time with potential to expand

About the Opportunity

A nationally recognized childcare founder and fast-growing AI consultant is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant who can operate at a high strategic altitude. This leader oversees:

  • A multi-site childcare organization
  • A rapidly expanding AI consulting brand
  • A growing portfolio of digital products, speaking engagements, and coaching programs

The right candidate brings structure, clarity, and proactive leadership to a CEO with a dynamic schedule and multi-entity responsibilities.

This is not a task-based administrative assistant role.

This is a strategic partnership with the CEO.

The Role

Your work will directly support two high-impact areas:

1. Multi-Site Childcare Enterprise (Sunshine Schools NC)
  • Coordinate with regional operations, finance, and leadership teams
  • Attend select meetings on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain alignment across departments
  • Ensure decisions, deliverables, and next steps remain in motion
  • Protect the CEO’s time by filtering noise and clarifying priorities
2. AI Consulting & Personal Brand Operations
  • Manage speaking inquiries, appearances, and virtual events
  • Coordinate content schedules, collaborations, and brand assets
  • Support travel, logistics, scheduling, and external relationships
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism with other CEOs, consultants, and partners
  • Create structure and systems around a fast-growing digital brand
Key Responsibilities CEO Calendar Mastery
  • Fully own the CEO’s calendar and time protection
  • Vet meeting requests and decline/reschedule as appropriate
  • Maintain focus blocks, transitions, travel windows, and energy management
  • Coordinate meetings across departments, stakeholders, and time zones
  • Proactively manage travel between North Carolina and Panama
Inbox + Communication Leadership
  • Serve as primary gatekeeper for email and official communication
  • Draft clean, professional correspondence at an executive level
  • Prioritize what reaches the CEO and filter out what does not
  • Communicate with discretion, tact, and clarity
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
Leadership Coordination
  • Attend leadership meetings as needed and provide concise summaries
  • Drive follow-through on commitments and timelines
  • Keep priorities visible and aligned across departments
  • Support cross-functional communication and problem-solving
Project & System Execution
  • Manage multiple high-level projects with precision
  • Create systems that streamline workload and communication
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and decision-ready summaries
  • Support rollouts of new initiatives in both the childcare and AI consulting spaces
Strategic Anticipation
  • Think ahead of the CEO and prepare solutions before they are needed
  • Identify risks early and propose clear recommendations
  • Maintain calm, order, and clarity amid dynamic environments
  • Serve as the steady presence that keeps operations running smoothly

  • 5+ years experience supporting a CEO, founder, or C-suite leader

  • Experience with digital tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Go HighLevel preferred)
