Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Technician

Location: Orangeburg, SC

Shift Options:

• 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM, Monday–Friday
• Pay: $24–$27/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Equipment Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and repair of automated production lines. This role is ideal for candidates with strong electro-mechanical backgrounds who can troubleshoot and maintain conveyors, automation equipment, and other production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated production equipment, including conveyors and other machinery.
• Identify mechanical and electrical failures, isolate root causes, and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Assist in equipment installation, setup, and calibration.
• Maintain equipment logs and provide updates on performance and issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and process technicians on equipment upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production equipment maintenance, preferably with automation systems.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills, including experience with conveyors, robotics, and automated machinery.
• Ability to read schematics, maintenance manuals, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to work assigned shift schedules.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand, reach, crouch, and climb as needed to perform maintenance tasks.
