Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Location: Louisville CO: M-Th onsite, F flexible .
• Work Hours / Shift Details: 8-5 with 1 hour lunch; flexibility around these times .
• The Staff level Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing and developing components, mechanisms, systems and finished products or equipment.
• They can technically lead a small team.
• They demonstrate advanced knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and its application in solving complex mechanical problems.
• They demonstrate advanced understanding of internal and external customer or business needs.
• They work independently and in a team to create designs of multiple components, systems or devices.
• They independently (and in a team) conduct testing and analyze and solve advanced technical problems.
• They apply advanced statistical techniques and utilize design of experiments, have in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills in own job family.
• They apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; R&D, MECHANICAL/ PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, CAD .
• BSME or MSME .
• At least 8 years experience in R&D in electromechanical, capital equipment designs .
• Strong analytical skills .
• Ability to lead a small team .
• Medical device or regulated industry background .
