Our client, a Midwest leader in Crane and Heavy hauling, is looking for an engineering manager to manager their engineering team and lead projects for large refineries, industrial projects, and construction sites. This person will work alongside their project management and sales team to engineer solutions for moving heavy equipment into construction sites. They will have a 3 person engineering team that they will be responsible for, they will mentor, trail, and develop these engineers. The role will report to the VP of Business Development and will work cross-functionally with sales, project management, operations, and the executive team. This role will be onsite in Rosemount, MN and be a part of an ESOP company. They need someone who is communicative, collaborative, and decisive.
