ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Associate to join our growing team at SIMONMILLER. This is a great opportunity for someone who is both creative and strategic. We are a small, nimble team that is growing quickly, and there is plenty of opportunity for growth in this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Merchandising

• Build and maintain the digital product catalog, including product page copy.
• Track and analyze weekly style selling and ecommerce reports to inform site strategy.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and provide weekly reporting and feedback.
• Curate seasonal collections and own navigation/menu updates.
• Build and visually merchandise seasonal trend-driven shops.
• Optimize the site experience through merchandising and UX adjustments tied to ecommerce KPIs (AOV, conversion rate).
• Prep and execute all product launches.

Marketing

• Upload, link, merchandise, and schedule email campaigns.
• Contribute to content calendar planning and campaign idea generation.
• Support ideation and copywriting for email, SMS, and social campaigns.
• Assist with campaign strategy, including brainstorming and execution of seasonal activations.
• Coordinate samples for photoshoots and help organize creative assets across channels.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams on shoot logistics and image needs.
• Contribute ideas for social content, assisting with strategy, posting, and community engagement.
• Draft and edit copy for social posts, paid ads, and brand storytelling initiatives.
• Report weekly on email and social performance, highlighting insights and opportunities.

Ecommerce Operations

• Manage organization of seasonal imagery in shared drives.
• Assist with sample coordination for photoshoots
• Manage relationships with external retouchers, ghost mannequin studios, and flat shot studios.
• Support CX Coordinator with escalated inquiries and problem-solving.
• Shared ownership of operational/fulfillment tasks (order operations management, returns management).

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Shopify experience
• Experience with email and SMS platforms
• Photoshop or design skills are a plus
