Director of Engineering Strategic & Technical Leadership Opportunity

We’re seeking a Director of Engineering to oversee and elevate all aspects of engineering services, including design, drafting, automation, controls, and project execution.
This is a high-impact role reporting directly to executive leadership, with full accountability for performance, profitability, and growth.
What You’ll Lead
Strategic planning and execution across engineering disciplines
Oversight of technical operations, project delivery, and quality assurance
Development and mentorship of engineering managers and teams
Financial leadership including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership
Client engagement, marketing strategy, and business development
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of engineering management experience
Proven success leading cross-functional technical teams
Strong background in operational excellence and process improvement
Experience with budgeting, proposals, and client-facing initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s or P.E. license preferred)
