Dental Assistant (DA/RDA)

Full-Time | $20 – $26/hour

A+ Family Dental is seeking a dependable and experienced Dental Assistant (DA or RDA) to join our friendly and professional team! We are a well-established, patient-centered practice in Poway, CA , focused on providing high-quality dental care in a supportive and positive environment.

Schedule:

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation/Benefits:

• $20–$26/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Monthly performance bonus (based on meeting requirements)

Requirements:

• Valid DA or RDA license (California)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a dental assisting role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear and professional communication skills with patients and team
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of care
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
