Must Haves:
-Bachelors Degree
-1-2 years of corporate data entry experience or equivalent
-Experience with databases and entering in serial numbers/ information
-Strong communication skills
-The ability to walk around the campus to identify equipment
-Very strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an Asset Record Creation Analyst to sit on site 5 days a week in Tarrytown, NY. This role will join the Facilities Organization and the Asset Management Team. This role will be responsible for tagging capital (over 5k) and non capital equipment and recording manufacturer, serial number, model number and what room the equipment is in. This candidate will record this information in their Tririga database. This role will work with scientists and vendors to identify where in the building (8+ buildings) the equipment is, walking to it, finding it and then recording this data. This role will also work to coordinate ordering, ensuring delivery, installation and operation schedules for the equipment.
