Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location : Ft. Lauderdale FL 33309 (Onsite)

Contract : 6 + months contract

Key Responsibilities

Asset Ingestion & Editing

• Ingest and organize digital content including photos, graphics, and videos.
• Collect and upload aerial photography and backlog project updates.
• Use Photoshop to correct and finalize images.

OpenAsset (OA) Data Management

• Input and update asset metadata (keywords, fields, employee numbers, alias names).
• Clean up keyword taxonomy, legacy migration data, and other metadata inconsistencies.
• Maintain and configure text libraries and boilerplate content.
• Set primary photos for employees and manage associated signatures and bios.

Project & Content Organization

• Identify un-synced or missing projects and ensure proper entry in OA.
• Migrate asset data within OA, including keywording and album creation.
• Create standard albums for projects and assign appropriate permissions.
• Verify and cross-check content presence across file storage systems

Audits & Quality Control

• Audit past event assets and apply stoplight/marketing preference ratings.
• Validate photographer names, copyright holders, and copyright policies.
• Apply and update sharing restrictions for all asset categories.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure metadata completeness and accuracy.

Administrative Support

• Respond to internal inquiries related to content search and retrieval.
• Attach source location data to both photo and video files.

Documentation & Training

• Create short training clips for common OpenAsset workflows.
• Assist in documenting templates for employee bios and project descriptions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with OpenAsset or a similar DAM platform strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
• High attention to detail, especially in data entry and quality assurance tasks.
• Familiarity with metadata tagging standards and digital media management.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks and large volumes of content.
