Our client, a leading publicly traded company with a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment, is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to join their Human Resources team in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on the organization’s talent acquisition efforts and support high-volume hiring needs across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate roles, from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Track candidate progress using the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws.
• Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably within a large or public company.
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions and meeting aggressive hiring timelines.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse) is a plus.
