Job Description

Our Boston based client is looking for a Copywriter with 10+ years' experience specifically with writing for business banking collateral, consulting firms or business payments--this role is onsite Tuesday and Wednesday and remote the other three days. In this role, you'll be working on value proposition and positioning statements for a large financial company’s product launch. We are looking for high-level conceptual writing to capture the interest of a sophisticated market.

• The work: Create concise, benefits-led statements
• Focus on a core customer benefit, and articulate a clear, desirable outcome, and avoid strategic framing
• Avoid feature-specific details and strategic framing and focus purely on overarching benefits and outcomes
• Define the target customer and state the job the product solves
• Include supporting benefits/features and introduce a point of differentiation

• Looking for: 10+ years experience writing for business banking collateral, consulting firms or business payments
• A writer who is a quick learner and understanding of the financial industry
• Able to grasp and write in various client voices
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines.
• Resilient in the face of demanding assignments and shifting client priorities.
