Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Copilot Specialist with hands-on experience in SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This role will support our digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and improve collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for Copilot integration within SharePoint and Power Platform environments.
• Design, develop, and deploy Copilot-powered solutions to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
• Customize and optimize SharePoint sites and document libraries using Copilot-assisted automation.
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows with Copilot support to meet business needs.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, integrating Copilot for enhanced data insights.
• Provide training and support to end-users on using Copilot features effectively.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, especially Copilot enhancements, and recommend best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot capabilities and use cases.
• Experience building Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, and OneDrive integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API and Dataverse.
• Background in business analysis or process improvement.
