Key Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and summarize upstream subcontracts with general contractors.
• Maintain contract schedules, performance bonds, and builder’s risk certificates.
• Draft amendments and coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Partner with the legal and risk management teams to support business operations.
• Assist with legal research and special projects as required.

Qualifications

• Background in contract management, paralegal work, or transactional law.
• Strong legal drafting and contract analysis skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
