Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Engineer to support one of the most advanced semiconductor construction projects. This role requires a balance of on-site supervision and office-based project management to ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment.

Responsibilities

• Manage job site activities with general contractors and subcontractors, focusing on schedule, safety, and quality.
• Split time between field execution (site inspections, safety/quality checks) and office support (documentation, planning, reporting).
• Review and control documents with designers, GCs, and clients, ensuring drawings and specifications meet regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Generate RFIs, RFAs, construction plans, and progress reports for coordination with project stakeholders.
• Verify work is performed per contract scope, budget, and schedule.
• Apply OSHA standards on-site and address non-compliance.
• Review and approve monthly contractor progress payments.
• Participate in emergency response as required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction or architectural fields (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and document control skills.
• Knowledge of project management and document tracking systems.

Preferred Experience

• Semiconductor, commercial, or industrial building projects.
• Reinforced concrete (RC), steel structure, and interior finishing works.
