Role Overview  

The Connections Director/Pastor leads the effort of moving people from new to fully engaged. You will develop all the strategies, systems and lead the team that will make New Hills world class in connecting people to Jesus, life-changing relationships, and the purpose God has for their lives. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Oversee all  assimilation : guest follow-up to full engagement 

• Build church-wide  volunteer development : recruit, onboard, and equip across all ministries 

• Oversee next steps pathways : baptism, new believers, and spiritual growth 

• Oversee  host teams to create a world-class hospitality experience 

• Lead and grow  Groups, Men’s and Women’s, and Care Ministries  

• Maintain and leverage  church database  for tracking and engagement 

• Innovate and adapt as the church grows
