Complex Litigation Associate Attorney – Class Action Leadership Role | Chicago, IL
A nationally respected litigation firm is seeking a highly motivated Complex Litigation Associate Attorney to join its thriving Chicago office. This role is ideal for attorneys with at least 5 years of experience in class actions, mass torts, or complex litigation who are eager to take the lead on impactful cases that protect consumer rights and achieve high-profile legal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and litigate class action cases from initial filing through resolution
• Conduct extensive legal research and draft critical briefs, including motions for class certification and summary judgment
• Coordinate discovery efforts and collaborate with expert witnesses
• Communicate regularly with class members and clients
• Take and defend depositions of representatives, experts, and witnesses
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategic litigation plans

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling complex litigation or class actions
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active license to practice law in Illinois or ability to waive in
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to lead case teams and manage litigation deadlines
• Familiarity with class action procedures, settlement negotiations, and discovery management
