CIVIL DESIGNER
--responsibilities include preparation of site plans such as: site layout & parking plans, road design & grading, E & S control plans, utilities design, roadway & utility profiles, details & specs
MUST BE PROFICIENT in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Earthworks & quantity take-offs
STRUCTURAL DESIGNER/DRAFTSPERSON (Commercial Construction)
--this person will be working both in the office and in the field.
--responsibilities include creating detailed structural drawings, reviewing shop drawings and performing reviews to help solve field conditions
MUST BE PROFICIENT in AutoCAD & Revit; prior experience preparing structural plans & details; strong skills in reviewing shop drawings for compliance; detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
