POSITION DETAIL
Approaching $30 million in assets, Tyler City Employees Credit Union, located in Tyler, Texas, is currently looking to replace their retiring President/CEO. The board of directors is seeking a credit union executive that will bring a renewed strategic vision to the credit union. Initial responsibilities will be to strengthen marketing activities, develop a culture of training and development, streamline policies and procedures, enhance compliance, and overhaul the technology of the credit union. Additionally, the board is seeking an individual that will take a proactive position in growing the credit union, and act as a representative of the credit union in the community. The successful candidate will have five plus years of management experience within a credit union, be knowledgeable in overall credit union operations, and have strong analytical and strategic skills.
