If you have experience working in assisted living, independent living, senior living, nursing homes, home care, or healthcare, we’d love for you to join our team. We are urgently seeking an experienced caregiver to join our team in the New Carlisle area to assist a client with personal care needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using a Hoyer Lift and be compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. This position requires availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 4 PM. Differential pay will be offered for weekend shifts; details will be discussed during the interview. • Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned.
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities.
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying up.

Qualifications

• Caring and Compassionate—you enjoy helping others.
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance, or nursing assistance is a Plus!

• We reward flexibility. Work weekday nights for +$1/hr (6 pm to 6 am), weekend days for +$1.50/hr (6 am to 6 pm), or weekend nights for +$2/hr (6 pm to 6 am), simple as that.
